Personal training is exactly that…personal. Jason will be able to create individualized plans for you based on your goals, needs, injuries and other factors. He will gather all the necessary information and create a plan based on where your starting and where you want or need to go.

If your goal is to lose or gain weight, Jason has a program for you.  Through individualized assessment, personalized programming and education, you will be able to navigate your way through most any gym in just a few weeks.  Creating a safe and proper exercise routine with technique and form being stressed is top priority.

Jason will test and assess your current condition and design a training program to accommodate you.  Basic nutritional guidance will be offered.   Personal goals, both short and long term, will be set.  Your training sessions will methodically work towards your goals in a effective, efficient and safe manner.

Strength Training

Strength training can provide significant functional benefits and improvement in overall health and well-being, including increased bone, muscle, tendon and ligament strength and toughness, improved joint function, reduced potential for injury, increased bone density, an increase in metabolism, improved cardiac function, and elevated HDL cholesterol.  Any exercise routine will include a comprehensive strength training program.

Greater core stability may benefit sports performance by providing a foundation for greater force production in the upper and lower extremities.  It is very important in creating a strong and effective posture.  This can lead to greater longevity of the body as a whole.  Jason is a big proponent of proper form and posture to limit injuries and create a lifelong healthy being.

Cardiovascular Conditioning

Cardiovascular conditioning makes you healthier. It improves circulation and strengthens the heart, lungs, and blood vessels. The heart is a muscle that needs regular conditioning. A well- conditioned heart can pump a large amount of blood with fewer beats than a weak heart. Exercise conditions your heart to become more efficient as well as more resistant to stress, heart attack, and other health problems.  Any exercise routine will involve an effective and efficient cardiovascular program.

Sport-Specific Training

Are you looking to improve your game?  Do you want to learn the basics of a particular sport so you can participate?  Do you want to learn a sport so you can teach your child how to play?  Jason is a sports specialist.  Having played numerous competitive sports throughout his athletic career and with a thorough understanding of the bio-mechanics behind many sports, Jason can train you to better perform at your sport or get you started with the sport you’ve always yearned to play.

Jason’s Specialties Include: Rollerblading/In-Line Skating,  Skiing, Snowboarding, Baseball, Wrestling, Football, Basketball, Volleyball, Diving,  Soccer, Tennis, Racquetball and handball,  Mountain-biking, Cycling (road biking), Self-Defense, and Mixed Martial Arts.
